Job Overview

Aveanna Healthcare is hiring skilled Registered Nurses (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of patients' homes.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in accordance with physician orders
  • Continuously assess patient condition and care needs, reporting changes to the supervisor and/or physician as necessary
  • Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
