Role Summary

As a Seasonal Store Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience during the festive season. Your responsibilities will include managing merchandise logistics, overseeing the unloading and organization of stock, and facilitating the processing of customer orders. Collaboration with fellow team members will be essential to achieving departmental objectives while maintaining a welcoming environment for customers.

We seek adaptable team players who excel in a fast-paced setting, capable of juggling multiple responsibilities and working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet customers and guide them to the appropriate sections.
  • Unload and unpack merchandise, ensuring proper handling and security tagging.
  • Organize and label stock, maintaining a tidy receiving area.
  • Execute all receiving and processing tasks in line with productivity standards and compliance protocols.
  • Ensure promotional materials are accurate and current.
  • Assist in moving stock to the sales floor or stockroom, adapting to seasonal changes.
  • Process returns and manage curbside pickups efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet targets and foster a positive atmosphere.

  • No prior education or experience required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (at least two consecutive hours).
  • Frequent use of computers and handheld devices.
  • Capability to reach, crouch, kneel, and climb as necessary.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
