Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Schematics Coordinator to join our team at Sprouts Farmers Market. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our non-perishable schematics, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute store resets and projects for non-perishable departments, including dairy, frozen, grocery, HBA, and vitamins.
  • Work closely with the scan coordinator, department managers, and assistant store manager to ensure schematic compliance and accurate placement of new items.
  • Complete weekly reset and speed-to-shelf activities as directed by the support office.
  • Ensure schematics are executed in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Provide timely feedback to the support office schematic department for any issues or discrepancies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze total reset program and maintain necessary reports and schedules.
  • Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
  • Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
  • Good vision to read schematics and price tags; ability to staple, scan, and use a computer to activate new schematics.
  • Ability to vertically/horizontally transfer boxes weighing up to 17 lbs. and walk up to 4 miles in an 8-hour period.
