Job Title: Assistant Events Manager

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences? As the Assistant Events Manager at Goodstone Inn & Restaurant, you will play a key role in coordinating weddings, corporate events, and meetings. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that every occasion is flawlessly executed, from vendor meetings to overseeing event setups.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events, including weddings, corporate events, and meetings
  • Work closely with catering, banquet, and restaurant teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Manage event logistics, menus, timelines, and vendors to meet client expectations
  • Support client meetings, site visits, and tastings to ensure a personalized experience
  • Innovate event setups and services to exceed client expectations
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of event/hospitality experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
