About the Job:
">We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained, providing an exceptional experience for our members.
">The Role:
">As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of our store, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning restrooms, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks. You will also ensure that all areas of the store are safe and accessible for members and associates.

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including floors, windows, and restrooms">
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor equipment issues">
- Ensure that all areas of the store are safe and accessible for members and associates">
- Respond to spills and other hazards in a timely and effective manner">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. You must also be able to stand for long periods of time and be comfortable working in a variety of temperatures.

">As a Customer Experience Specialist with Sam's Club, you will enjoy a competitive hourly wage of $17.25 - $23.00*, as well as access to a range of benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
">Additional Information:
">Please note that additional compensation may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
