Key Responsibilities:

  • Publish comprehensive site reports with detailed incident and service request information.
  • Assist users in logging incidents and requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Publish comms room and meeting room health check reports, including recent photos of comms room devices and cabling.
  • Manage VIP requests and ensure prompt attention to their needs.
  • Install, configure, and support a range of operating systems and applications.
  • Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for desktop issues, video conferencing units, and network connectivity problems.
  • Coordinate schedules with team members to ensure seamless coverage during business hours and 24-hour on-call resolution.
  • Manage comms rooms, including telephony and network port patching.
  • Troubleshoot complex desktop issues and provide hands-on support for network, server, and medical device-related faults.
  • Provide printer support and troubleshooting, as well as client-specific application support.
  • Coordinate with vendors and log calls to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Manage new starter requests and induction processes.
  • Perform physical asset audits and report on site on a monthly basis.
  • Proactively check user assets and comms room assets to ensure accurate reporting in the asset management tool.
  • Manage the ticket queue and resolve issues within established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Share reports with team leads to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to attend escalations and provide support to the team.
  • Proactive approach to floor walks and site visits.
