Position Description:

As a seasoned professional, you will lead the development and execution of strategic consulting portfolios for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance clients. With a deep understanding of the industry and its complexities, you will drive business growth and transformation through innovative solutions and exceptional client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high-value client relationships, driving business growth and transformation through strategic consulting services.
  • Sell and deliver business transformational programs specific to large platforms, leveraging industry expertise and consulting skills.
  • Integrate consulting skills with client sales and delivery, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional results.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership to drive business success.
  • Build domain-based consulting solutions, leveraging multiple GCP solution practices to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements:
  • 20+ years of relevant BFSI industry experience, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
  • Deep understanding of industry domain areas, including corporate banking, consumer and private banking, wealth management, lending, payment and transaction services, and asset management.
  • Proven ability to expand client relationships up-line to CX level, with a strong track record of generating multi-million-dollar consultative solution sales.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and transformation through innovative solutions.
  • Strong team player with superior written and oral communication skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
