Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update client information during each visit.
  • Build rapport with clients by remembering their names, interests, and personal stories.
  • Address inquiries, alleviate concerns, respect personal boundaries, and be sensitive to individual challenges.
  • Ensure a positive client experience through support and empathy.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks throughout the day.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with basic math proficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in customer service, reception, or a related field.
