Position Overview:

We are seeking a Chief Administrative Officer to facilitate the implementation of our vision and strategic objectives across all programs under the Perfect Performance umbrella.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Enhance communication and administrative processes based on industry best practices to boost efficiency.
  • Develop and oversee syllabi and pro-formas for all programs, including various sports disciplines.
  • Lead the execution of seasonal activities, including virtual meetings for kick-off and closure.
  • Manage coaching staff across all sports, including recruitment, scheduling, and communication.
  • Oversee all communications related to training programs, club teams, camps, and tournaments.
  • Create and manage budgets, aligning financial resources with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Monitor financial performance against budget benchmarks to refine budgets and operational costs.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with joint venture partners and coaches.
  • Support program coaches with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to align objectives, implement improvements, and strategize effectively.

  • Confident communicator, capable of candid discussions and reporting on outcomes and impacts.
  • Adept at making swift, professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented with strong organizational leadership skills.
  • Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing, and effective time management.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Competent in both leadership and collaborative roles.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and familiarity with financial reporting.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the company’s position within the industry.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with various software applications, particularly Google Apps for business, is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills, with strong interpersonal communication capabilities.
  • Ability to work remotely while being available for in-person meetings as necessary.
