Responsibilities

  • Communicate with the receiving team to ensure the quality and quantity of meat products meet our standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Break down meat and portion products according to our recipes and presentation standards.
  • Store and organize products in a manner that meets department of health standards.
  • Assist the chef in logging waste and repurposing excess products.

Requirements

  • 1 year of previous kitchen experience, preferably in a fine dining environment.
