Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Source, screen, and select high-quality candidates for hourly and management positions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including restaurant managers and operations teams.
  • Conduct behavioral-based interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Travel to store openings to recruit and onboard new employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong background in recruiting and talent selection, preferably in the foodservice industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand policies and procedures and implement them effectively.
  • Experience building and developing recruiting processes.
  • Possesses knowledge of behavioral-based interviewing.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $68,000 - $78,000/yr.
  • STIC (bonus) and LTIC.
