Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Construction Manager to join our team at HydroGeoLogic, Inc. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and remediation of environmental projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
  • Lead and coordinate with project teams, including subcontractors and clients, to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement quality control and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Procure materials and equipment as needed to support project activities.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including schedule, quality control, and health and safety.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in environmental construction management, site supervision, or quality control management.
  • Experience working on large project sites with contaminated soil, sediment, and groundwater subject to CERCLA regulations.
  • Experience working on USACE remediation construction projects.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, organization, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple activities with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to conduct on-site briefings for large groups of personnel.
  • Experience leading the implementation of the USACE 3-Phase Quality Control System.
  • Current certifications, including 40-hour HAZWOPER, 8-hour HAZWOPER refresher, OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety, USACE CQM-C, and first aid/CPR/AED.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Project and the USACE Resident Management System (RMS).
