Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Nurse to join our team at KPC Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for retrieving, organizing, analyzing, displaying, and documenting quality data for medical staff and our organization-wide quality program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and make recommendations for clinical quality improvement analysis of data and clinical practices.
  • Develop, manage, and make recommendations for effective PI outcomes and facilitate reaching department/hospital goals.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • 4 years of recent experience in QI, RM, or UR (a plus), with 2 years in an acute care setting required.
  • Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience, with ICU experience a plus.
  • Current California RN or LVN licenses.
