  • Collaborate with the American Nurse Credentialing Center to become the first academic institution to offer an accredited transition-to-practice program for faculty.
  • Lead reaccreditation of all professional organization credentials, including the Center of Excellence designation.
  • Serve as Lead Nurse Planner and ensure that programs comply with relevant criteria, such as those set by the American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) /IPCE.
  • Provide strategic direction for faculty development communication campaigns.
  • Evaluate and update program materials.
  • Recommend and implement technology to support faculty training and development.
