The Medical Imaging Technician demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care that is appropriate for the patients served in the department.

This role requires an understanding of the principles of growth and development across the lifespan, along with the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's condition and interpret the necessary information to identify each patient's specific needs, ensuring care is delivered as outlined in departmental policies and procedures.
Provide healthcare services utilizing x-ray technology to assist in diagnosis or treatment. Exercise professional judgment in the performance of services while maintaining a demeanor that aligns with medical ethics.
Deliver services to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

High School diploma or equivalent required.
