We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities- Perform ultrasonic imaging and related procedures in various areas, including OB/GYN, Abdomen, Neurosonology, Peripheral Vascular, and Echocardiograph.
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the patients served in the department.
- Assess data reflective of the patient's requirements relative to their age-specific needs and provide care needed as described in the departmental policies and procedures.
- Exercise professional judgment in performance of services and maintain a demeanor that reflects a high standard of medical ethics.
- Recognize conditions essential for the successful completion of procedures and provide appropriate health care services to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Satisfactory completion of formal radiologic training in an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology or approved school of Ultrasound or has received training and/or experience in the field of Ultrasound Imaging as judged adequate by Radiology Medical Staff and Department Manager.
- Registered or registry eligible for no more than twelve (12) months in one (1) of the following: A.R.R.T. or A.R.D.M.S.
- Current CPR certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Demonstrates the ability of a conscientious and responsible individual that is pertinent to the sophistication of the job.

Our facility also offers a behavioral health unit serving teens and adults, an accredited Chest Pain Center, a Certified Primary Stroke Center, and a dedicated orthopedic and spine unit.
