We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Leader to join our team at Store 1667-Super Target Rtl Ctr-maurices-Cedar Rapids, IA 52404. As a Store Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a team of talented associates to create an unforgettable customer experience. You'll supervise 8 – 20 store associates, including 3-4 members of management, and be responsible for driving sales and profits, managing expenses, and generating new ideas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team focused on customer obsession and driving results

  • Manage the business through visual presentation and sound operational practices
