Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintain physical structures of commercial and/or residential buildings
  • Complete assigned work orders by applying general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
  • Support the preventative maintenance schedule
  • Perform general mechanical tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting
  • Maintain a valid driver's license

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of technical experience in maintenance
  • General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or painting, as well as HVAC and/or grounds maintenance
