Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting test drives, and explaining product features and benefits. If you have a passion for sales and a drive to succeed, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Test Drives: Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about the vehicle's features and benefits.
- Product Knowledge: Explain product features and benefits to customers and provide recommendations.
- Follow-up: Maintain a follow-up system to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Goals: Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome enthusiastic and trainable individuals.
- License: Valid Texas driver's license.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the US.
- Background Check: Pass drug test, MVR, and criminal background check.
- Skills: Motivated to go above and beyond the minimum standard; automotive and/or military experience a plus.
