Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiently type and enter data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilize computer software applications, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to perform data entry tasks.
- Learn and master Company Software systems, including Versatile Enterprise and RMS.
- Develop a strong understanding of Company processes and procedures.
- Effectively communicate with company personnel, vendors, and other parties connected with the company.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting productivity standards.
- Use various scanners and software to upload and associate files in our database.
Requirements:
- Strong typing skills and computer proficiency.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of productivity and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, working in our office Monday through Friday, during normal business hours.
