Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods without a break and travel to other restaurants, Area Office, etc.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and management principles.
