- Builds and sustains trustworthy relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, both within and outside the organization.
- Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team of experts to create and implement cohesive operational and talent management strategies.
- Utilizes data analytics to inform and guide senior leadership and operational managers, transforming complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Facilitates difficult discussions and negotiations effectively.
- Conducts regular consultations with various business units to ensure alignment and address concerns.
- Provides ongoing counsel to management, offering insights and recommendations as needed.
- Anticipates and assesses human resources needs proactively.
- Contributes to workforce planning and succession strategies, as well as business unit restructuring initiatives.
- Maintains a comprehensive understanding of the organizational culture, financial status, and competitive landscape of the business units managed.
- Identifies opportunities to enhance employee morale, strengthen workplace relationships, and increase productivity and retention while resolving conflicts.
- Interprets and communicates HR policies to management effectively.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
- Exhibits behaviors that align with the organization's core values and culture.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a dynamic, high-volume environment at a national scale.
- In-depth knowledge of various HR disciplines, including compensation strategies, organizational assessments, employee relations, diversity initiatives, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret and apply relevant laws, guidelines, and policies.
- Comprehensive understanding of the organization's structure, roles, compensation practices, and administrative processes.
- Excellent time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
