Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Suite Attendant to join our team at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room, taking food and beverage orders in an efficient manner.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally, maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards.
  • Communicate directly with back-of-house staff to ensure orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills and demonstrate ability to get along well with others.
  • Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
  • Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
