Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer Relations Engineer to join our team at Next Level Talent, LLC. As the Founding Developer Relations Lead, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing a thriving developer community around our cutting-edge voice AI technology platform.

Our company is pioneering the next wave of voice AI technology, with significant funding and rapid growth. We are backed by prominent investors and have a team of experts from top tech companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Grow the Developer Community: Engage with developers across various platforms to create a strong online presence.
  • Create Technical Content: Develop blog posts, videos, and tutorials that showcase the platform's features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to drive product adoption and gather feedback from the developer community.
  • Communicate Complex Technical Concepts: Clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Use Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data to measure community engagement and refine strategies for growth.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in developer relations, advocacy, or a similar technical role.
  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to translate platform features into engaging content.
  • Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with community engagement on platforms like Discord and Twitter.
  • Data-driven approach to measuring success and improving engagement.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Degree in a technical field (e.g., computer science, engineering, mathematics).
  • Experience in B2B or developer-focused environments.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: Up to $210,000 per year.
  • Equity: 0.75% stake in the company.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.

Work Authorization: TN, H1B, O1 visa sponsorship available.

Relocation: Open to relocation candidates.
