We are seeking a highly experienced User Experience Researcher to lead our AI developer tools research strategy. The successful candidate will design and conduct complex mixed-methods studies and drive strategic decisions about our AI platform development.

The estimated annual salary for this role in Redwood City, CA is $184,000 - $276,000.

• 8-10 years of progressive user research experience in educational technology or nonprofit sectors">
• Demonstrated success in driving impactful outcomes through product research">

• Passion for iterative work processes and agility to pivot direction in response to new insights or shifting priorities">
• Familiarity with AI concepts and experience building or contributing to products utilizing AI tools (nice to have)">
• Experience interacting with developers and builders, with an understanding of their workflows and challenges (nice to have)">
