Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify business opportunities and close deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, reports, and other business metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize performance

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the health and beauty industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer bases
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
