Job Description

Topon Global Trading Inc. is a leading company in the glove supply industry, known for providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help drive growth in the nitrile gloves market.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with new clients, expanding existing accounts, and driving revenue growth. You will leverage your industry knowledge and sales expertise to provide customers with tailored solutions that meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new sales opportunities in the nitrile gloves market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and decision-makers.
  • Promote the company's product line, highlighting key features such as latex-free, powder-free, and chemical-resistant properties.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotes to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
  • Provide timely reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to promote the company's products and expand your network.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the personal protective equipment (PPE), healthcare, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of nitrile gloves or other disposable glove products is a plus.
  • Wholesale and Dealer Sales expected (no retail).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows.
