Job Summary

Under direct supervision, this role receives incoming calls and inquiries, assisting patients in managing appointments and care. Through various support duties, this individual plays a vital role in the support of our patients.

This position requires exceptional customer service and strong problem-solving skills to strengthen the patient-clinician relationship. Clear verbal and written communication skills are essential to ensure improved patient access and understanding.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to incoming calls and inquiries from patients
  • Assist patients in managing appointments and care
  • Provide support to patients through various duties
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and clinicians
  • Communicate effectively with patients and clinicians to ensure seamless care
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required
  • Minimum one year of experience in a clinical or customer service setting preferred
  • Computer experience required, including word processing and spreadsheet programs
  • Electronic medical record (EMR) experience and/or aptitude required
