Job Summary:

Senior Living at The Greens is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to provide exceptional care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with food preparation, presentation, and service to ensure a positive dining experience for residents
  • Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure seamless meal delivery and service
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dish room, kitchen, and dining areas
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces
  • Deliver room service trays as instructed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for periods of up to eight hours with breaks
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to work with the elderly population
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
