Specific Duties:
Menu Innovation:
Collaborate with the Executive Chef to assign line station responsibilities for new menu items.

Document new menu recipes accurately at the restaurant level.

Assist in planning and executing food demonstrations and training sessions for new menu items.

Quality Assurance:
Work closely with the Executive Chef to monitor food quality and execution.

Ensure recipes are followed precisely and that proper preparation and plating techniques are utilized.

Continuously evaluate and improve all aspects of food production, including recipe adherence and equipment maintenance.

Gather and analyze feedback from the team regarding quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

Operational Excellence:
Adhere strictly to operational systems, procedures, and company specifications.

Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation practices.

Foster a safe working environment in the Back of House to minimize risks.

Collaborate with the Executive Chef to manage housekeeping and maintenance programs effectively.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage workloads independently.

High attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.

Dependable, motivated, and reliable.

Effective communication skills in English.

Able to work extended shifts and perform physical tasks as required.

Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.

Dexterity to operate kitchen equipment safely.

Able to work in varying temperatures and confined spaces.

Must possess the sensory abilities to detect emergency situations and assess food quality.
