Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and live chat
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new policies and procedures
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide expert advice on styles and technology to customers
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
