Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Front Desk team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for checking in guests, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established. You will also provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest, resolve problems, and WOW guests through recovery when things aren't quite right.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Check guests in, register them, and ensure proper credit is received
  • Help to resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery
  • Promote and sell special hotel programs
  • Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner
  • Maintain house bank
  • Generate, print, and distribute daily and weekly reports
Required Skills and Qualifications
