About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Bread Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a key member of our cafe, you'll be responsible for baking fresh bread and pastries daily, maintaining high standards for flavor and quality, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bake all fresh bread and pastries for the cafe
• Maintain high standards for flavor and quality
• Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed
• Help build a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust
• Support your manager and team

Requirements:

• Love baking and have a passion for creating high-quality products
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and meeting goals with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to food safety and health safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
