Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Baker to join our team at Dave's Killer Bread. As a Senior Baker, you will be responsible for ensuring the production of high-quality baked goods while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate automated production equipment to mix, scale, and time doughs according to formula and production standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including but not limited to, fulfillment of work schedules and adherence to attendance policies.
Requirements
  • Two (2) or more years of related experience in a bakery or production environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalency plus successful completion of a technical certification course (i.e., HVAC, auto maintenance/repair, etc).
  • Equivalent military training, other related technical training, or successful completion of at least 45 college credit hours may be substituted for technical training.
