Bread Baker

About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a Baker, you'll be responsible for baking fresh bread and pastries daily, maintaining high standards for flavor and quality, and performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our cafe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bake all fresh bread and pastries needed for the cafe each day
• Maintain high standards for flavor and quality, using 100% real ingredients
• Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed
• Help build our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust
• Step in and support your manager and team

Requirements:

• Love baking, even if you're a beginner (6 to 8 weeks of training provided)
• Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
• Be a self-starter who can meet goals with limited supervision
• Like the fast-paced environment of the hospitality industry
• Have excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Want to partner with a fun, energized team that can work hard and laugh often
• Be committed to food safety and health safety
• Be at least 18 years of age
