Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean offices, lobbies, and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
  • Restroom Maintenance: Clean and restock restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and mirrors.
  • Trash and Recycling: Empty trash cans and replace trash bags, and ensure recycling bins are properly maintained.
  • Corridor and Stairwell Maintenance: Clean corridors and stairwells, including dusting and polishing handrails.
  • Furniture and Fixture Maintenance: Clean and polish furniture, windows, doors, frames, ashtrays, and fixtures.
  • Supply Restocking: Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
  • Janitor Closet Maintenance: Maintain the janitor closet and janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
  • Overhead Vent and Blind Maintenance: Periodically clean overhead vents and dust blinds.
Requirements
  • Physical Ability: Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Able to lift 35 lbs and carry a 12 lbs backpack vacuum, as needed.
  • Good Hygiene: Good hygiene skills are required.
