Quality Assurance Specialist

Molson Coors Beverage Company is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Brewery Operations team in Trenton, Ohio. As a key member of our Quality Department, you will be responsible for performing various microbiological and chemical analyses on products, raw materials, and in-process materials to ensure compliance with quality system requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform, interpret, and evaluate chemical and microbiological analyses
  • Trend and summarize analytical and microbiological information
  • Monitor and calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure appropriate levels of quality supplies
  • Facilitate quality improvement and problem-solving
Requirements:
  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree in a science-related field of study or extensive micro laboratory/brewing experience
  • Comfortable working in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Confident and competent, with excellent business relationships within the business
  • Knowledge of the principles and techniques of microbiology and chemistry
  • Working knowledge of statistical methods and computer skills
