Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at CAI. As a QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in reviews, walkthroughs, or inspections to identify and report defects.
  • Assist with helpdesk tickets to resolve user-reported issues and provide timely support.
  • Execute tests on software usability and analyze test results to identify errors or bugs.
  • Prepare reports on all aspects related to QA software testing and provide insights to the business and development teams.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in QA software testing.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of QA software test design and testing methodologies.
  • Develop and document application Test Plans based on business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Reviewing Business requirements and preparing test scenarios.
  • Working knowledge of various types of software testing.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with writing and executing SQL.
  • Experience with SOAP and REST Web Service Testing.
  • Experience with PEGA Web Application Testing.
  • Experience with UFT Automated Scripts.
  • Understanding of AWS or other cloud infrastructure.
