About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Director, Clinical Operations to join our team at InsideHigherEd. This is a full-time position that will play a critical role in the direction and management of our clinical facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee fiscal planning, management, and patient accounting, budget, and audits, disbursement, personnel management, space planning, inventory control, and general administration.
  • Develop and implement system-wide policies and procedures to ensure best practices and consistent, high-quality care is provided at all locations.
  • Optimize staffing models, patient throughput, and satisfaction, and ensure efficient utilization of exam room resources.
  • Implement new programs to create innovative approaches to care and establish best practices.
  • Oversee compliance with regulatory agencies and professional organizational standards.
  • Oversee, mentor, train, motivate, and evaluate department staff.
  • Plan for future growth by assessing existing and future program needs, establishing priorities, and identifying fiscal and human resources for development.
  • Participate in planning, promoting, and conducting organization-wide performance improvement activities for areas of responsibility.
  • Ensure internal control oversight and compliance with laws and regulations, safeguarding of assets, compliance with University policies and procedures, reliability of internal and external reporting, and efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Certification in a relevant specialty or field.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
  • Ability to direct, manage, implement, and evaluate department operations.
  • Ability to establish department goals and objectives that support the strategic plan.
  • Ability to effectively plan, delegate, and/or supervise the work of others.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and train others.
