The Senior Segment Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of marketing communications strategies for the Electro-Voice segment. This includes creating and executing plans to build brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute global marketing communications strategies for the segment, including branding, digital marketing, and events.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, global product management, and regional stakeholders to understand segment needs and steer prioritization and focus of the team.
- Build, empower, and nurture a high-performing team of in-house experts.
- Manage and maximize global budget and resources.
- Ensure a strong and effective digital channel strategy for the brand and segment.
- Minimum of ten plus years of marketing communications experience.
- Minimum of five plus years of digital marketing experience.
- Experience leading and managing teams.
- Ability to build and leverage key stakeholder business relationships to support goals and objectives.
- Strong ability to make quick, effective decisions aligned to the overall marketing strategy.
- Excellent communication skills; both verbally and in writing.
