Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized care and support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for clients.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
• Document client progress and report any changes in their condition.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and provide references.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; PCA, HHA, CAN, LPN, or LVN certification preferred.
