Burnsville Carefree Living is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our Assisted Living facility. As Executive Director/LALD, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Manage environmental and dining services to provide a safe and healthy environment
  • Develop and implement safety programs to prevent injuries and financial loss
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve financial stability
  • Provide direct and indirect supervision and management of staff
  • Participate in annual budgeting and strategic planning

Requirements:

  • Current LADL license or willingness to obtain
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Nursing, Business, Social Services, or related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of supervisory or clinical management experience
