Your Responsibilities- Independently execute monthly payroll and time management for a defined group of employees.
- Consult and support internal customers on tax, social security, and collective bargaining law matters.
- Ensure timely reports to social and pension insurance providers, employers' liability insurance association, and statistical office.
- Correspond with authorities, tax offices, health insurance companies, and social security providers.
- Process all necessary personnel documents from hiring to employee departure.
- Handle and process company pension schemes.
- Prepare certificates and correspondence with employees and external parties.
- Perform administrative tasks in the HR department, including personnel file and master data maintenance, as well as time management support.
- Participate in digitalization projects in the HR department.
- Completed commercial training.
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting - ideally with PAISY.
- Experience in time management - ideally with Zeus.
- Good knowledge of income tax and social security law, as well as collective bargaining and labor law - ideally in the metal and electrical industry.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications.
