Human Resources Generalist

At Edible Cuts, we are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment efforts, new hire orientation, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence, and building strong relationships with our company's managers.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for various production, warehouse, office, and driving jobs.
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities.
- Review time cards and other related information to detect and reconcile any discrepancies and policy violations.
- Manage employee relation issues, benefits, disciplinary action, worker's compensation accident, auto/liability accidents and day to day HR operations.
- Assist with audits, OSHA reporting, benefits renewals, open enrollment.
- Review HR documents for accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area.
- Must be available to work in-person, 5 days/week in Kenosha, WI.
- Must have 4+ years of experience working in Manufacturing Industry as an HR Generalist.
- Must be Bilingual, Spanish.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to multi-task and keep up with a fast-paced work environment.
- Must have excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office products.
- Prior experience working with Paycom is a plus.
