Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leadership and Operations Manager to join our team at WinSource Staffing. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and operational efficiency in the Kenosha, Wisconsin market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand market presence, prospect and identify new business opportunities, and meet or exceed weekly sales targets.
  • Operational Management: Oversee all branch-level operations, including local business oversight and corporate responsibilities, recruit and manage a diverse team of employees, and maintain communication channels with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, cultivate strong relationships, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-5 years of related staffing industry leadership with combined sales experience and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Prior experience in the staffing industry, with knowledge of federal and state human resources regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other sales tools.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a competitive nature and a drive to succeed.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
