Position Overview

Schutz is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to enhance our retail environment. This role is essential in delivering exceptional service and fostering relationships with our clientele. Our Sales Associates play a pivotal role in enhancing the shopping experience by connecting with customers, providing personalized recommendations, and attentively addressing their needs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through engaging interactions.
  • Expand our customer base while nurturing existing relationships.
  • Quickly resolve any customer service challenges.
  • Exceed customer expectations, leaving a lasting impression of the brand.
  • Achieve and surpass both individual and store sales targets.
  • Foster a positive work atmosphere through effective communication with colleagues and management.
  • Ensure the store environment is clean and product presentation meets brand standards.
  • Assist with daily merchandising and store upkeep.
  • Participate in the receiving and organization of new inventory.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product features and benefits.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently.
  • Report any store-related issues to the Store Manager when necessary.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as required.
  • Utilize downtime effectively when not engaging with customers.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Demonstrated understanding of key sales principles and customer service excellence.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adept at identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of fashion trends and styles.
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident demeanor.
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive for success.
  • Enthusiastic and welcoming to all customers.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
