Bilingual Retail Sales Representative

Position Overview:

As a Bilingual Retail Sales Representative, you will deliver solutions and effectively engage with walk-in clients by utilizing your expertise, knowledge, and a positive demeanor. You will optimize sales opportunities, foster customer loyalty, and surpass customer expectations. Throughout your day, you will alternate between assisting customers and executing various warehouse responsibilities. You will report directly to the Store Manager.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete customer experience, including appropriate product selection, precise order entry, safe product picking, and loading customer vehicles.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance sales and promote customer loyalty.
  • Adjust communication style to suit different audiences via email, phone, or in-person interactions.
  • Pick, prepare, and stage will-call orders and shipping products.
  • Prepare customer backorders and organize incoming stock.
  • Assist with merchandising and perform showroom restocking.
  • Conduct inventory counts.
  • Learn and navigate various computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness to ensure the branch meets company standards.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and comply with all operational standards, including the use of personal protective equipment.
Your Qualifications:
  • Flexibility to work any hours within branch operational times.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance.
  • Willingness to learn and operate powered industrial equipment.
