Job SummaryWe're seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an After-Hours Hospice RN. As a member of our team, you'll be a voice for your patients, communicating with everyone involved in the plan of care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and advocate for patients and their families
- Communicate effectively with the hospice care team and other stakeholders
- Participate in on-call rotations to cover after-hours care
- Collaborate with the 24/7 RN staffed Triage Department and local hospice team
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
- 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs
