Key Responsibilities:
Oversee client facilities and personnel to guarantee that the organization delivers professional and high-quality service while adhering to all safety, quality, and compliance standards set by the Company, Clients, and regulatory bodies. Additionally, ensure that the expected profitability of managed accounts is achieved.
Core Duties / Essential Functions: (Additional tasks may be assigned.)
- Effectively communicate with team members and clients to meet performance and quality expectations.
- Foster positive relationships with client representatives.
- Manage costs to ensure the profitability of the assigned area.
- Ensure clients receive precise invoices promptly and follow up on all payments.
- Responsible for the recruitment, hiring, and training of all personnel in the designated area, ensuring adherence to established procedures and cost-effectiveness.
- Guarantee that each employee receives appropriate training relevant to their job responsibilities, with all training documented according to Company standards.
- Ensure supervisors are adequately trained and comprehend their assigned duties.
- Monitor compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations in the assigned area.
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.
- Document, report, and manage any injuries, incidents, or accidents appropriately.
- Oversee the safety program within the area and maintain regular communication with Safety Quality Managers to ensure compliance with all Company safety standards.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Qualifications:
3 or more years of management experience preferred
Previous experience in the aviation industry preferred
Ability to lead and manage a team of over 50 members
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience in budgeting, expense management, and scheduling
Overall:
Must fulfill all requirements to obtain the necessary airport badge, including successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
