Skills Trainer Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Skills Trainer Supervisor to join our team at Trillium Family Services. As a key member of our Residential Treatment program, you will be responsible for providing supervision and trauma-informed care to clients in a milieu environment.
As a Skills Trainer Supervisor, you will implement treatment programming and work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. Your expertise and experience will be invaluable in helping us achieve our mission of building brighter futures with children and families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and trauma-informed care to clients in the Residential Treatment program
- Implement treatment programming in a milieu environment
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience working in a psychiatric/behavioral health treatment facility with children or adolescents
- Basic computer knowledge for the implementation of client information electronic record keeping
